Special considerations
This speculative tenancy project required a substantial furniture scope, combining several one-off custom pieces with standard products such as TUBE hot desks with TRAX softwiring and a custom-configured COLUMN system. Particular attention was given to the café-style breakout space, where the brief called for a feature table that would serve as a focal point and leave a memorable impression - ultimately helping the fitout play a pivotal role in securing the lease.
We had a lot of fun creating this table, flipping the expected material hierarchy on its head: soft upholstered legs paired with a slim, 4 mm powder-coated mild steel top.
This project showcases Klaro’s ability to orchestrate multiple manufacturers through a staged design-and-make process—demonstrating our uniquely aligned vertical model, from design brief to fabricators, upholsterers, and other specialist makers
