E-STORE - Terms & Conditions

Ordering and Payment:

  • Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. 

  • Prices are GST inclusive.  

  • After placing your order, cancellations or revocations are not permitted. To cancel, follow the return policies described in point 3. of Terms & Conditions.  

  • We accept payments through Stripe.

  • Tax invoices will be dispatched within a maximum of 14 days after order placement. 

  • A 2% fee is applied to credit card payments. 

Freight:

  • A flat-rate shipping fee of $500 per table applies to all orders.

  • We offer kerbside delivery only. 

  • Dispatch in 2-6 working days. For urgent delivery, please contact our team. 

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Contact [email protected] within ten days of receipt of the order for returns or exchanges. 

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging. 

  • Customers are responsible for delivering the product to our facility for exchanges. 

  • For exchanges, the new product will be dispatched at the customer's expense upon receiving the returned item.  

  • For returns, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded. 

Assembly:

  • All our desk products are shipped disassembled.

  • Request assembly instructions at [email protected] after the order has been placed.

Warranty:

Exclusion of liability for indirect, special, or consequential loss. 

Product Information:

  • Due to the nature of textiles and natural products, shade, colour, size, weight, texture, or construction variations may occur. No claims regarding these deviations are accepted. 

Privacy Policy:

  • Customer information is kept confidential and not shared with third parties. 

  • Customer information may be used for specified purposes, including providing goods and services. 

Liability:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services. 

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any offer to purchase. 

  • We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to unforeseen circumstances, events beyond our control, or force majeure. 

Governing Law:

  • These terms are governed by the laws of "Australian Consumer Law" and "PPSA." 

  • Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in NSW, Australia.
